Artist's Description
All possibilities spring from baby's first breath as she reaches for her mother. This image was first drawn and developed with Prismacolor pencils, then photographed and enhanced using Procreate digital watercolor and gouache brushes. It represents the notion that the infant is the pure symbol of potentiality. The endless cycle of life after life is a Buddhist theme, represented abstractly here. The flowers represent nature, and the one in mother’s hair is a lotus. Limited edition of 10 images.
